Terms of sale & shipping

You must be 18 years or older to purchase our products.

 All orders are packaged and shipped as quickly as possible which can take up to 5 business days. All shipments include tracking. All orders are processed in the order they were received, we do not prioritize some orders over others, so if you select Priority or other expedited shipping options your order may still take up to 2-5 business days to ship.

 Returns and exchanges will be accepted so long as the circumstances are reasonable. We reserve the right to determine what is reasonable. The customer pays the return shipping and for shipping of exchanged items unless it’s due to an error on our part. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received or deductions may be made from the refund.

 The purpose of this business is to provide custom airguns, parts and technical information as a resource for experienced airgun professionals and hobbyists. If you don’t fully understand what you’re doing, damage to parts, property damage injuries can occur. It’s your responsibility to do the research required to work safely with our products and the airgun models they fit. We are not responsible for damaged parts, property damage or injuries that result from mistakes made by others.

 Under Federal law no state or local government can prohibit the sale of airguns but other restrictions can be imposed. It’s your responsibility to abide by the laws in your area. It’s impossible for us to be aware of every airgun law, restriction and ordnance in every location in the US or elsewhere, if you buy a gun or the parts to build one and then find out it’s restricted or unlawful in some way that’s your problem. It’s legal for us to ship parts to any location in the US, all US territories and most countries but it may not be legal for you to posses the gun you modify or build with them. We reserve the right to ship complete airguns to your locations.

Returns

We want your shopping experience at My Target Solution to be exceptional. We stand behind the products we sell and keep our returns process simple. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return most items* within 30 days of receiving your order to receive a replacement or refund.

You may return defective items, along with the original packaging and any accessories for a full refund (including shipping) within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair are not eligible.

Items opened and returned as unwanted (buyer’s remorse) but in new condition, along with the original packaging and any accessories, are subject to a 5% restocking fee .

To request a return, simply log into your account, select the item you wish to return, and click the “return” link to start the return process.

Return Shipping

My Target Solution will provide a return shipping label for approved domestic returns (within the 30 day return period) on merchandise that is defective or arrived damaged in shipping.

Current international shipping policies prevent us from providing return shipping labels to international customers. If you have an eligible return, please email us a valid receipt of the charges, and we will refund your return shipping charges.

Follow these 3 easy steps to return a product:

Step 1:Log into your customer account, and select the item you want to return. Orders eligible for return will show the ‘Return or replace item(s)’ link or just call or use the contact form.
Step 2:Pack up the product(s) to be returned. Please return all products in their original packaging. Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box.
Step 3:Drop off the package at the nearest shipping facility (please check your label for detailed shipping information.)

*If you change your mind about your order, you may ship any item in new condition along with the original packaging and accessories back for a full refund of the product. Products not returned in the original packaging or otherwise opened are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products returned as no longer wanted (buyer’s remorse) are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Products showing signs of user neglect may not be refunded or exchanged. Break barrel air rifles with barrels that are bent upward cannot be returned.
